As we’re based in UK and Europe, there’s no requirement to upload a prescription when shopping for contact lenses on our site. We make getting affordable, high-quality lenses simple, reliable, and stress-free. Plus, our dedicated and knowledgeable team of in-house opticians are always here to help with any questions or queries you may have. And now for the boring (but important) bits…
By placing an order for contact lenses from us, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you hold a valid and current contact lens prescription for the lenses being purchased, issued by a suitably qualified and registered optometrist or contact lens practitioner (“practitioner”). You confirm that the prescription details you provide are accurate and were issued within the last 12 months. You further confirm that you have no medical or ocular conditions that contraindicate contact lens wear. We reserve the right to verify your prescription details with your practitioner and to decline or cancel the order if advised by a registered practitioner that contact lens wear is not suitable for you, unless subsequently authorised by another registered practitioner. We accept no liability where lenses are ordered that have not been prescribed for you. By placing an order for prescription glasses from us, you confirm that the wearer is 16 years of age or older, that the prescription details provided are accurate, and that the prescription is less than two years old at the time of ordering. For all products, you confirm that they are not being supplied to any individual who is registered blind or partially sighted. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the confirmation that all prescription details have been entered correctly and without error. We strongly recommend that contact lens and glasses wearers undergo regular eye examinations by a qualified practitioner to ensure ongoing visual and ocular health.
We aim to provide the best possible service to our customers and reserve the right to refuse sales if we believe you intend to resell the product. We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available to you. If we believe any of your actions violate applicable law or harm the interests of other users, we may terminate your contract with us and restrict your access to the website. We reserve the right not to supply contact lenses if there are health contraindications or if the lens specifications do not meet our terms. The General Conditions will be governed by the law of the country where the supplier accepts the order. The sale contract is strictly between the supplier and the customer, who represents the individual placing an order from the website and accepting these terms and conditions in full. The Management reserves the right to cancel any order before it is shipped for any reason, in which case the order will be refunded. All orders will be dispatched via your selected delivery option. Occasionally, we may change our postal provider due to strikes, postal failures, and other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays or failures in supplying a product due to events beyond our reasonable control. Should such an event occur, we will contact you to decide whether the sale contract should remain in place or be revoked.
We are not responsible for any typing errors or mistakes you provide when placing your order. The goods remain the property of the seller until fully paid by the purchaser. By completing the online order form, you agree that you are responsible for placing the order and paying all charges. We reserve the right to charge your credit card if an order is shipped and the invoice is not paid within a reasonable period. We can revise and amend these terms and conditions as needed. We are not bound by your offer/purchase if there is an error in any advertisement or pricing on the website. To reorder the same product as your last order, your prescription must be valid within the terms set out. If you wish to order lenses with a different prescription or brand, you must hold a valid prescription from a professional optometrist. Please do not place a re-order in such cases.

When you sign up for our contact lens Subscribe & Save scheme, you are committing to a minimum of two billing cycles.
Why This Policy Exists
Our subscription scheme gives you 5% off every order as a reward for your ongoing commitment. To make sure all customers can enjoy this benefit fairly, and to prevent abuse from those signing up only to take the discount once and cancel right away, we require a minimum of two billing cycles before cancellation is permitted. This ensures the program remains sustainable and continues delivering savings to our loyal subscribers.
After your second billing cycle, you’re free to cancel at any time, as long as it’s 7 days before your next billing date.
